Ordering Prints On-Line is Easy!

In order for us to make it quicker and easier for you to get prints from your portrait sitting, we now offer on-line ordering through Pay Pal! Now you don't even need to have a Pay Pal account in order to use your credit card or debit card and Pay Pal makes it simple and secure to place your order.

Since we let everyone create their own portrait package, we've listed instructions below for making your order on-line with the personal touch.

Placing a Print Order

1. View your proofs and make a list of the photo number, quantity and size of the prints you would like. Take your time, we keep all of our sittings on CD-ROM forever. We don't have any set packages at AE Studio - YOU order what YOU want!

2. E-mail your order to: admin@alternativeexpressions.com or give us a call at: 814-368-6600 and we'll take your order right over the phone. Please have your e-mail address handy when making phone orders.

If you have any other retouching that you would like to have done such as cropping and blemish removal, we can discuss the details over the phone or by e-mail. Any special arrangements such as shipping can also be made at this time.

3. We'll total up your order and use unit pricing wherever possible, then e-mail you a copy of your order for you to review.

4. If your order is satisfactory, just click on the Pay Pal button at the bottom of the e-mail and you will receive a receipt when payment is made, usually in a matter of seconds.

5. We'll send your order to our lab and notify you when they arrive at our studio - usually in about two weeks or less. (Please allow a few days extra when our lab is busy during the holidays and graduations, but most orders are returned quickly, even during these times.) We'll make arrangements for you to pick them up, or mail them to you if you live out of town.

It's that simple! We don't use a standard order form on our site for your prints. An easy e-mail or a personalized phone call will assure that your prints are just the way you want them. That's the AE Studio Difference!
